10/12/17: Iggy Pop & the Stooges

Screen Shot 2017-10-17 at 1.33.20 AM

As I mentioned earlier, I recently saw Iggy Pop in concert. He’s 70 years old now and still kicked ass real good. Great concert. Therefore, as you might expect, the Fuzz Factory special feature was Iggy Pop and his former band the Stooges. They were punk rock before there was such a thing.

Listen to the Fuzz Factory on SCAD-Atlanta Radio (www.scadatlantaradio.org), Thursdays from 8-10 PM EST. Saving rock & roll radio, one week at a time. Be there!

Last week, I saw Iggy Pop in concert. He’s 70 years old now and still kicked them out real good. Therefore tonight, the Fuzz Factory special feature is Iggy Pop and his former band the Stooges.

I think the rest is self-explanatory.

Tune in tonight on SCAD-Atlanta Radio (www.scadatlantaradio.org) from 8-10 PM EST. Be there!

Iggy Pop = Wild America

This was the first song I played on the America show Thursday night. I decided to begin with an abrasive look at our country from Michigan native, Mr. Iggy Pop. Look a little closer – you’ll see that there are not many rock & roll singers more American than Iggy Pop. He’s certainly an authority on Wild America.

This holiday is over, goodnight.
