Big Rock Show Tonight, Big Concert Tomorrow

The Fuzz Factory with Brett Callero = Big Rock Show.

Soundgarden & Nine Inch Nails = Big Concert.

I’ve waited in anticipation of the Soundgarden/Nine Inch Nails concert for about four months. Soundgarden is one of my favorite bands of all-time. I last saw them in 1998 and it’ll be great to see them again. Nine Inch Nails put on one of the best concerts I’ve been to (saw them in 2000) and it’ll be great to see them again as well.

Therefore, tonight the Compare/Contrast feature will be Soundgarden and Nine Inch Nails. It’s almost concert time. Posted below are some of my favorite songs with videos by these two groups.

Tune into the Fuzz Factory with Brett Callero TONIGHT from 8-11 PM (EST) on SCAD-Atlanta Radio (www.scadatlantaradio.org).

    • Very cool! What did you think of the concert? I thought it was a great show overall. Got soaked in the uncovered pavilion section but it was a great rain – not enough to bring me down! Thanks for checking out my blog. Listen to the show if you can too.

      • I thought they were both great! I was in the last row that was covered, so I didn’t get too wet. Soundgarden is consistently the loudest band I’ve ever seen. I saw them twice last year at the Wiltern in Los Angeles and my ears rang for days afterwards, even wearing earplugs. Was happy to hear Fell On Black Days. Having a different drummer was not a distraction at all. I only missed Matt Cameron during Jesus Christ Pose. I saw NIN for the first time last year at Voodoo and thought that was incredible. They were great again on Friday night. I never realized what an athletic a performer Trent Reznor is. Will listen in tonight!
